CHARITABLE NON-PROFIT
ORGANIZATION - Base rate of
$257.25; plus $1.85 per employee.
HOSPITALS -
Base rate of $257.25; plus $3.15 per
employee
PROFESSIONALS
- (i.e.
Attorney, Physician, CPA) -

$257.25; plus $55.00 per professional staff or partner.
REAL ESTATE -

RETIRED INDIVIDUAL -
Base Rate of $289.00.
*Two part-time
employees equal one full-time employee. Membership includes the
entire company and all employees are welcome to participate in
