As a member of the Greater LaPorte Chamber of Commerce, you will join a group of business leaders that give back to the community in which they live and work.  You will get the recognition of being associated with a credible organization looking to improve the entire area. FINANCIAL/BANKS
Base Rate of $257.25; plus $55.00 per $1 million in deposits.

HOME-BASED (0-1 employees) - Base Rate of $195.00

MANUFACTURING
Base Rate of $257.25; plus $5.50 per employee.

CHARITABLE NON-PROFIT
Base rate of $257.25; plus $1.85 per employee.

HOSPITALS
Base rate of $257.25; plus $3.15 per employee.

PROFESSIONALS (Attorney, Physician, CPA, etc.)
Base rate of $257.25; plus $55.00 per professional staff or partner.

REAL ESTATE AGENCY
Base Rate of $257.25; plus $8.35 per agent.

RETIRED INDIVIDUAL - $89.00

The investment schedule is based on average number of employees for the year. Two part-time employees equal one full-time employee.
